  • We want to make sure Movement is the right fit before discussing options, and the best way to do that is through a no-pressure consultation or trial session. From there, we’ll talk you through what working together would look like.

  • This is coaching, not access to a gym where no one knows your name. Every session is coached, structured, and built around your plan. You’ll never be left on your own, guessing what to do.

  • Most members train with us 2 or 3 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and current fitness level. We’ll help you find the sweet spot that delivers results — and fits your life. During our consultation we will cover how we can work together and choose what suits you best.

  • That’s exactly who we’re here for. Many of our members were complete beginners when they joined. You don’t need to be fit to start — you just need to start. We’ll guide you from day one.

  • Because we do more — and it works.

  • Our training sessions start from 6AM until 8PM, including morning, lunchtime and afternoon/ evening sessions that you can easily fit in your busy life.
